Very helpful. Melissa helped me and my family find the perfect home. Very easy process and was nice to have her negotiate and talk to the owners and property management companies. Moved from out of state and she would send me homes to look at, we chose a few and then went out one day looking at all the places. I highly recommend giving Melissa a call if you are trying find a rental home. Way easier then going through multiple websites to trying find places. Also we plan to buy next year and I know she can help with that as well.
